Serpentine Belt Woes

So I am trying to replace both serpentine belt and ac belt, I got the old serpentine belt off by loosening the tensioner, but now I cant get the new one on at all. Any tricks besides removing the bumper? It just seems to short, but is only maybe a 1/2" shorter then the stock belt???
