It IS a great deal, but the reason for that is that the used market has fallen flat on it's face! Even though you will be $11k under msrp, the car will still be worth less once you sign. If you plan on keeping the car for a while, it's not a problem...

I would never pay 6% interest for a car. I already did that with an S4 and it killed me thinking of how much money was being wasted.

I ask because audi ran that .9% financing and maybe you woul dbe getting a rate close to that. I got my RS at 8k below with 2.9% for 60.

Can you provide advice on refinancing to a low rate like yours. I bought used, at low 5% rate. At the time I thought that was really good.

just wait to buy when Dealerships do their promotional interest rate offers. you just have to hassle them to death about it and make sure your credit is good to go.

You probably won't be able to find anything lower than 5%. 5% for a used car is a good rate. I think that I was at 6% or even 6.9% for my used S4 and every month I would look at the amount that went to principle and the amount that went to the interest and it wasn't pretty. So I ditched the car and went to Audi when they were running their 2.9% for 60 month deal. I purchased a 2008 RS4 Blue w/titanium package and got it for 8k below sticker and 2.9%.

This ended in august but Audi just ran a .9% for all their cars but they wouldn't couple it with the giant discount. You had to choose one or the other.

Do the math, I'll take the 5k off invoice and do my own financing.
