i bought adams rotors, and have them laying around. let me ask you... did your braking improve? or was it more for looks? im contemplating whether to install mine.

I didn't buy Adam@SPP's rotors. I don't think you'll notice any difference from the rotors alone.
Rotors and a good pair of pads and perhaps 3.0 carriers would be the next step up imo.

YEH just realized that. saw adams and automatically assumed it was for the rotors and plus i saw pics that looked exactly like his. anyway hopefully my local sale goes through, cuz i dun need them if their not improving my brakes.

How many miles do you have on your stock rotor? Just keep them around annd throw them in with some nice pads when it's time to replace.

I gave up on front tint after 2 tickets. Too much of a hassle to go get them removed then get the ticket signed off, etc...

So did you actually go through a detail clinic where they walked you through the processes?

The car looks amazing! For any dust after a fresh wax, I keep a California Duster and it usually sweeps right off leaving it nice and clean.

Dude, my paint looks like crap in person. It's a bit better after the clinic but still...6 years and 140,000 miles. I guess I can't complain too much.

haha these are my 6th set of wheels for this car alone.
RS4 reps have been played out since day 1. But I like the OEMish look and you can't beat the price. I had a bent wheel and ended up just buying another one instead of fixing it cuz they're that cheap.

Thanks man, there's a lot that I wanted to do to this car but I just can't justify spending all that money on a car thats not even worth more than 10K anymore. Plus Im saving up for condo. So I guess I'll keep it as is for now.

Yeah, but it was VERY basic. I didn't learn anything new. They pretty much showed us their products and a brief explanation of why theyre good (which is to expect when they host these type of clinics). And the basic steps of detailing a car. 1. Wash, 2. Clay bar, 3. Polish, 4. Wash, etc...

The cool thing about it was that we could use all of the products that they had in the warehouse and as much as we wanted. So everyone just went crazy. The best part of it for me was that I didn't have to clean up the mess after detailing.
We just did our thing and left.
