Transmission & Differential Oil

How often do you guys change your transmission and differential oil? I'm at almost 21k and I havent done either. Just wondering

I believe our tip transmission does not require oil change, nevertheless I will be changing mine either 6 months or 10000KM before my warranty expires.

I'd probably do "lifetime" fluids every 40K or so along with the diffs. You could probably go with 60K mile changes if not as conservative of intervals are comfortable for you. Most BMW techs/afternarkets that i've seen stick with those recommendations on their lifetime fluids.

I think in the service manual that came w/ the car it gets done around 40k. I'm getting close to that sadly.

Did mine at 40k. (at Novitech tuning they charged me less than 1/2 of what the dealer quoted me)

Is the front diff part of the trans (and therefore shares fluid)? Do the trans and the rear diff take the same fluid?
