Mp3 + cdr issue

So i put a few cd's onto my mp3 and it will only play the first folder. Each cd is in it's own folder.

How should i be burning the mp3 cd? Also is a there a special way to go through the folders? cause i couldn't figure it out unless i burnt the cd wrong.

well, the way that I have mine working is that I burn the CD as a DATA CD. Not an actual MP3 cd. then you just use the browse function. it would be the same button as the CD 6 or CD 12 button when going through the different stations/cd's(ipod connected) you may have. hope this helps.

you should also be able to go through the folders and pick individual songs to play while still listening to whatever song your on...as long as it is on the same cd. word.

First off, an mp3 cd and a data cd are the same exact thing. Im not sure how your folders are set up on the disk. When i first made the data cd i had a first folder for the artist and then within each artist folder i had different folders for each of the artists albums. This did not work. The directory would like this "Artist\albums\songs"

Now the cd is set up to only list each album and works perfectly. The directory looks like this "Albums\songs"

So Artist\album\songs wont work

Albums\songs should work.

symphony II 6 disc in dash w/ mp3. Im pretty sure that is standard. I dont have the nav but i do have Bose.

not exactly sure, but i dont see why not. They should just be pretty much plug and play. I would ask in the telematics forum.

Yes, I have one in my 06. You need a couple adapters though. It's kind of expensive all said and done but it was def worth it for me.
