Who's running the old APR KO4 Kit?

To the guys who are running the APR KO4 Kit I have a few questions:
At what mileage did you first mod your car - chip or KO4 kit?
How many miles have you done on your KO4'd engine?
What mods do you have?
Does your car have a MT and/or Quattro?

I'll start: 2005.5 A4 Quattro MT

Car chipped 2000kms
KO4 put on at 40000Kms
currently done 20000KMs with KO4 kit

Total mods:AWE Exhaust, Carbonio intake, APR fuel pump, APR KO4, APR TP

hmm i wonder why it stopped being made. the k04 kit was deff much better top end than our k03

i got chipped at 1k w/ apr, got k04'd at 8k, i now have 19k. i have manual quattro.
mods are creative/britalmann exhaust w/ psi racing tp, carbonio intake (problems were same before and after intake), neuspeed power pulley kit, forge dv (ran with and without spacer-no change), and apr hf fuel pump. those are all the performance mods i can think of

The difference between TP and no TP was only a few HP at the wheels on the dyno dynamics I dyno'd on so I doubt there would be a difference. So far no-one has gone to the 1/4 mile or done 0-60 times with this setup. If/when I do I will post up results. Won't be for a while if I do though so don't hold your breath.

Right on bud. The k04 is one of the last turbos i'd worry about longevity with. It's a factory BW piece and these damn k03 and k04 turbos of the past and present have been crazy reliable on the A4 platform (biturbo S4 is a different story for different reasons). Heck, on my B6 A4 I ran 29psi through it occasionally for track duty and that turbo was still going at 50K miles on it and now in the same car with a new owner for 80K miles. I dont think its ever boosted less than 23pis. I'm sure these units are different but the factory BW stuff for our cars seems great. Look at all the k03 B7 cars doing 20psi and turbo failures are about as common as engine failures...not very.

Now I have a new engine I am trying to establish whether my situation was a one off freak occurrence or whether I should be worried if i put the stuff back on my car.

I have now established that there are only 4 people running this kit on this forum. Of the 4 of us B7 is the only one who has done some decent mileage on the car. All of us have had and/or are still having problems with the kit. That doesn't make me feel very comfortable
