Nice to see an American brand giving overpriced Euro sports cars a run for their money.

Re: Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 factory tour

I am not impressed with the ZR1. 6.2L supercharged engine only getting 620hp and 604lb torque?? The new Audi S4 gets 333hp and 324lb torque with a 2.95L supercharged engine.

The ZR1's 6.2L it should get at least 699hp and 680lb torque to be on par with a normal German sports car. If this is the best Chevy can do, i am not impressed.

This is another reason why the big 3 is loosing a ton of market share.

I cant believe you just said that This corvette is gonna take out the Porsche Carrera GT, you know the $450,000 Porsche and is gonna spank every single car on the road minus something like the Bughatti Veyron and one or 2 other cars but they are all $500,000-$1.4 million cars.

From the start of Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, I was impressed with this car.. actually, the 2012 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 already lays claim to an impressive 7min and 22.4sec lap time. This 2012 model has made pair of improvements of its Chevrolet parts that marks as one of the fastest ever for a production car.
