No, sorry guys no BT talk here.

I have a 1998 A4 1.8T FWD SPORT SUSPENSION - Sport Suspension on a Front Trak is like having a 10 inch penis that is not functional.

After numerous problems and hours scouring the databases of Mitchell and AllData, I have found that my car is fucked.

I put it on the alignment rack today and got some readings that basically said, "Fuck you and your Audi." My toe out is fucked, I have crazy negative rear camber (which isn't possible unless you have a fucked rear axle). So my rear axle is bent and I need a new one. So if anyone has one just laying around PM me :D Otherwise I am going to drive this automobile off a cliff!

And if you all didn't know, camber is NOT adjustable on a Front Trak. I have found a company, "Northstar," who basically make what I like to call, Ghetto Rigz (shims), to correct my problem. The problem is my car is so fucked that these shims won't help much. So rear axle here I come.

If anyone has a problem with their Front Trak suspension, fill a couple glass bottles with gas and stuff a rag in the bottle. Next light the rag and proceed to throw the flaming concoction at your car.

P.S. Fuck you, you piece of shit Front Trak. Who the fuck wants a front wheel drive Audi?

I just don't want to dish out the money. I hope I can find someone parting out one. It just seems like a needle in a haystack.

    Re: Bent Rear Axle

I did one on my brothers Mk4 Jetta. Paid for the car and were following it and I see the rear sag like it was a drift car with sooo much negative rear camber. Put it on a lift and its no good duh. Paid $200 from a junk yard.

Not unless you get T-boned tomorrow and your insurance picks up the tab. Sorry, somebody had to say it.

As far as those shims go, I wouldn't call them ghetto rigging it, but yes, they're less than ideal. If your alignment is messed up back there, something is bent.

its an easy job, its just gonna suck because of the relative rarity of the part, and no you cannot use a passat rear beam if you were wondering

I would suggest if you hate your car so much, then drive it into the woods, burn it, and call the insurance company and say someone stole your car. then take that money and go get a quattro

I only have Liability coverage. Do you think it would be kind of obvious if I got full coverage tomorrow and burned it on Thursday?
