Light Silver Metallic B7 With Tint

If you have a light silver metallic B7 with tint, please post pics and %. I will be getting my B7 tinted on Wednesday and need some reference as to what % to get. Thanks.

I don't have the tint done yet, but I have a light silver car and I'm planning on getting 15% tint done soon.

I have a silver b7, go to my profile and look at the pic. I have 35% but I wish I went 15-25% because its too light for my tastes. Looks kinda dark at night though

Anyone with 35% all around? Come on folks help me out here, I know there is at least like 50 silver B7 owners just on the forum. I just don't want to get stuck with a bad decision. If you don't know how to post a picture, I will help you.

I think it really all depends on your tastes. Do you want to be seen with your windows up? Do you want a black window or a grayish window? I went 18% on my sides and 35% on my rears on a Quartz Grey Titanium Package car because I wanted my windows to match my black highlights all over the car. Car is stock but I also hate the fishbowl effect of non tinted windows.

Is there any kind of privacy on a sunny day with the 35%, i.e. will someone be able to make out my face or just see the out line of my body? Does your auto dimming still work during night driving?

That’s some dark tint, looks nice though. But I have never been a fan of multiple % film on the same car. If you like it, that’s all that matters.

i got 30% ceramic on silver metallic..depends on which angle you are a looking from, if your head is the same level as the windows then you can see inside the car really easily when it's sunny but from higher angles it looks much darker and its harder to see the face, but at night its hard to see faces.

I am really torn between going 35% all the way around or 20% all the way!?!?!

I had 35% on my X5 and it looks good but when it sunny like it is 90% of the time here is does not look that dark. Is 20% to dark at night?

Your car looks great! I also am not normally a fan of multiple % tint on one car but yours looks good. I did 15% all around and couldnt be happier. I love the tinted taillights on silver/white the contrast looks sweet. I know some don't like the black reflectors but I think it makes it look a little sportier and helps with that contrast look.
