Tape stuck in the factory head unit! WTF.

So I put a cassette tape in the factory headunit of my 98 to listen to the old Ipod and when I go to take it out I realized I wasnt sure which button to push.
I assume the button with the two triangles is the eject button.

Anyway I cant get it out. You can hear the motor go like it is trying to eject but it wont come out.

Any ideas? I already tried "Helping" it out with th knife, no luck.

Im guessing that one of hte screws on the cassete came out. Mine gets stuck all the time so i normally just push the side of it down so it will come out

I have a tape stuck in my factory head unit as well. It's been stuck there since the previous owner of the car. I know how to eject it, but it just won't come out. Is the a trick to getting it out without breaking the tape deck?
