Some might remember, but back in January my car went into the shop to fix a bearing in my clutch...but turned out that I had the wrong engine in my car. More details can be read in the old post: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=186933
Anyways, the issue is finally resolved after 9 months and 13 days. First, I must give all the credit to Mike at Northbay Imports in Connecticut, whom I originally bought the car from. Northbay buys all of their cars directly from Audi Financial, which is the main reason I bought from them in the first place. Audi Financial admitted this "slipped through the cracks" and gave me a full refund. For the entire 9 months, Northbay was doing the legwork for me, which they did not have to do. They could have left it up to me to figure out and hire a lawyer.
In the end, I bought another car from them since I was so impressed...2007 A4 Titanium Black/Black. This post may sound like a sales pitch, but I'm just speaking from experience. That was the longest 9 months of my life, but I have another Audi!
