    Alright, check engine light help?

    check engine light came on and the code reads for lean mixture.....what does it sound like to you guys???

    vacuum leak?

    You'd have to have a giant gaping vac leak to run lean to the point of triggering a fault. Your engine would run like ass if that was the case. Every time I've seen a lean code that wasn't on a highly modified a4 it was a bad maf. Do you have access to vag com?

    I had a small vacuum line pop off from the front of the manifold and had a Lean code and limp mode. It don't take much of a leak.
