    Re: Coolant Leak

Just had this replaced yesterday. Part #WHT-000-316. It is called a coolant bleeder screw and is a very common problem. Just make sure the coolant cap is tight after the dealership installs the new screw. Mine forgot to and all the coolant leaked out on my way home causing the car to overheat and a tow. I know this is common sense but some dealerships make me wonder, always double check their work. Goodluck!!!

Yesss just the screw, the damn thing fall apart because it is plastic. The dealer explained to me the screw comes out and then you re-tap the threads to clean out the old debris and the new screw goes right in!
