Hello all, I'm fairly new to Audizine, been browsing around while waiting weeks for my car to get off the boat. I picked it up Thursday and from just a few days, I'm more than impressed with the car. I'm still learning little things here and there about the MMI and the car itself. I would like to thank Adam(DELUX) for introducing me to Audis in general. I didn't get the nav and with the controls being where they are, I don't mind. This car has more technology than all my other toys combined.

Also, the car does seem a little high but not monster truck or Wrangler status. My Prelude is just a few inches from the ground and scrapes everywhere and I really do enjoy getting into my driveway without having to come to a complete stop and perfect angle. The 18's will most likely become winter wheels and I'll get 19's of some sort for summer wheels. Regardless, this is one sexy "daily" car.

i saw one of these in black for the first time yesterday and all i can say is wow ... they are stunning ... the red looks amazing on it as well ... enjoy the car in good health i am soo jealous haha

no sports pkg. this is what i got:
brilliant red with black interior/dark walnut trim.
prestige package.
simonized and lo-jacked.

i looked at the list of cars coming into new england and there were only a few red ones and this was the only red prestige coming off this month. none had the sport package. i've been looking for a new toy for over a year, and was in a toss up between the c300 sport awd and the 328xi, but decided to wait for this. i'm very happy with the 18s, instead of the 19 sport wheels because I plan on upgrading and can use the 18s as winters. a little big for winters, but will do.

a tint is definitely in order for but i need to take care of my other toys first. I'm trying to squeeze in one more track day before it gets frigid. Hmm.... maybe I'll tow the bike with the Audi? just kidding.

What are "Monster Mats"... the heavy duty rubber ones?

yes, those one! holy noobness batman, i need to get with the lingo on AZ. it's what my buddy calls em for VWs, so i figured they'd be the same. I don't want to get regular rubber ones, i want the heavy duty rubber ones! You probably don't need them in Cali Blake, we have to deal with leaves falling, road salt, snow, etc.

OEM mats are best fit and finish...Most likely you can order them through the parts department at the stealership or wait for ECS or vag-parts to get them

The Monster Mats are what VW calls them, but I know what you mean. Check the accessories section on the audi website and then get them from an OEM retailer or from ebay. If they're not around yet, they will be soon. I'm loving your interior and the color. I smell a photoshoot soon

from what i can remember...

18 inch 5-spoke wheels w/ 245/40/18 Pirelli P6's(all season)
bi-xenons with LEDs
bang & olufsen sound system(14-speaker, 505watts, eff'n amazing!)
side assist(really cool feature)
backup assist
pussy magnet(its the purple coolant of course)
driver, passenger, rear seat independent climate controls
bluetooth which works beautifully with my blackberry, it downloads my phonebook and updates it everytime i get in.
...and there must be more, but for the extra few thousand over the premium-plus, it was a no-brainer, well for a techy like myself.
