automatic shift boot

does anyone have an idea or have done this before?? make an automatic transmission look like a manual....like the new bmw's and audi's have in them. this the best pick i have found in the link below, 4th picture down....if anyone can help, it would be really appreciated...thanks

my brother did that with his auto grand prix GTP. not too hard, just made a shift boot and installed inside the chrome surround of the Gear indicators.

I actually have a thread about this lurking around somewhere. But I wanna do this too. I wonder if we can just add one onto the original shifter plate we have.

and where can i find cool automatic shift knobs??

You have to buy this adapter piece (around $50) that allows you to put the an aftermarket shift knob on. I think SSP or SPP makes it.
