Actually we can get the R32 in now - along with the RS6.
Personally now that it is available for import I am thinking of doing it, but I am Stage III with the sedan which blows.
Reason being, the B5 Avant in general was not allowed in Canada, so you would have one heck of a unique vehicle. Plus I have opened my trunk several times and I was like 'man I wish I had an Avant'. Only down side is girls (married or single) hate the thought of an avant /wagon. I even asked my married friends and they agree. This is something you have to trick your wife into since single girls are too unreasonable.
First stick them in a SUV, and get them loving it. Then bash the crap out of the SUV (slow, bad on gas, handles like crap). Then you pull the 'on the other hand...' card.
One option I was thinking of doing is turn the sedan into a parts car and the Avant into a daily driver. Swap out the Stage III to the Avant. Lots of work though.
