I dont know if you knew but i sold my other one and just bought another 01 bone stock. trying to figure out what turbo setup im going to go with, i really dont want to do k04's again.

Doesn't H&R use Bilstein shocks? Couldn't you just order a single shock from them?

I believe you can send your shock to H&R and they will rebuild it for you.

Not sure if you can deal with the downtime or not.

You have to be original purchaser of the suspension. He's not.

Why would you have to be the original purchaser? It doesn't make any sense, you're not sending it in for warranty?

From my experience, granted this is with a different company (TEIN):
I was able to get my damper rebuilt (overhaul), they didnt ask for any paperwork from me. It just cost $$, your looking at prolly anywhere from $100-$150

OR another option (which worked for me as well) is you can ask a performance shop to order 1 assembly from the manufacturer, normally they don't break up the kit but they could! Go through a distributor, they can usually make an excuse like "my customers car got into an accident" or whatever which works.

If you want pm me, Ill see if they guy who ordered me an extra damper can do the same for you. I don't know if H&R works the same way but its worth a shot.
