i have a B7 avant and i am changing the suspension front stock sport to neuspeed sport springs and i cant decide on which shocks. anyone have a good/bad experience or recommendation on any of these? id like the car a bit lower with improved handling but i want to be careful i dont end up with a super harsh or bumpy ride.

    thanks

Yes, the suggestion is to not use the Neuspeed springs, and instead get the koni fsd / eibach spring set. Shox.com or other merchants. This is what went on our B7 Avant before it came home with us, and couldn't be happier with balance of ride comfort and handling. The neuspeed lowers more, and my searching came across owners that were a bit unhappy with ride quality and trading them out. YMMV, of course, but very happy with the above combo here. FWIW, it's a good ride height, lower than sport pkg, but not "coilover low", so if that's what you want, you need CO's anyway. Also, don't forget to do the rear sway bar at the same time, and trade out the bumpstops for new ones. PureMS.com can also help with some of this stuff.
    Hope that helps.
