Hey i was wondering what everyones opinion is on the nicest looking body kits and front spoilers... I'm planning on buying a new black out grille for a B7 from ECStuning.com but I also want to get a front spoiler and body kit in the future.. maybe i should just save up and buy a whole new bumper with grille and forget the one from ECS tuning?

    Re: Front spoiler

I am in the same dilemma myself, but I'm not ready to spend that much money right now for a new bumper with grill and cost of installation also. So I'm thinking of getting a front spoiler and splitter with blackout grille for now.

But as per your question, one of the sexiest kits I've seen is the Oettinger package. But it will cost you like $3K+

wow thats too much $ I will probably just stick with the black out grille for now. What front spoilers /splitter are you looking at to go with the grille?

Well there are cheaper bumpers within $900 to $1K, but you get the idea.

I am thinking of the Votex Spoilers and then I will add a Deval Splitter on the bottom. I was looking for some opinions from others as well in my other thread.

i personally think that'd be a little TOO much (stuff going on in the front - keep it smooth and simple)

check out the link for a blackout grill + home depot splitter combo:

    http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...light=sexified

    costs about $250

to the OP, do not buy the blackout grill from ECS... buy the EXACT SAME PRODUCT from www.vagplus.com or www.genuineaudiparts.com for about $100-$150 less.

Thanks muffinman, that was why I wanted opinions. I thought so too if I put spoilers and then a splitter, it might just look like overkill. Looking at your pix, your looks really clean and nice.

Also, good for pointing out the grills price. I noticed that also when I found VAGparts last week, huge price difference for the same blackout grille.

Check out ABT sportsline. If you don't have an s-line bumper, it is actually just like a front lip for the b7 a4. Check it out
