75 Shot Nitrous Suggestion- Built 3Liter

some of you may know my car is being built as what craigo has done. only thing my car is AUTOMATIC. that's right. no hates here, I love shifting but this car had to be automatic for one reason.

the process is going very well and big thanks to Steve(3.0 King). I have to thank others later when I get my car back.

talked with Mike Mr. Hood (Mike2ptzero) about nitrous setup.

I am going to buy a multi injection 75 shot kit with Maximizer and progressive controllers after I run the car for 1 more year.

first, any of you think 75 is not enough maybe i should go 100?
second, where is a good place to buy the kit?
third, what's a good shop around Boston MA for professional installation.

btw, I have never done 1/4 run to be honest, never had a fast enough car.

very nice.....see how the engine takes the supercharger first before you plan on nitrous (even if it is built)

make sure you get two of the big bottles too

I am not going to run the water-meth right away either. wait for 4K miles and better tune from 034

I bought the car because it's the only car in my family which my mom and I are very close together.
She has been very good to me so I need to return the favor.
she needs to drive the car very very rarely. so that's why i bought auto.
and I got a deal for the car when I bought it

Yeah. Drive back to NJ and swap them for me. I am only curious. Ass. Obviously I wouldn't be a dick to do that. The car will be done soon, so chilllll. I already had an offer to get some RPF1's and I told them I couldn't because I just recently acquired some wheels, and wouldn't do anything until I had my car back in my possession.

17" Rota Torques. they're literally brand new... no nicks dings or anything on em - had them on for a total week or two of driving (then the motor blew lol)

steel grey, have center caps, etc etc etc.

i dont have pics now, but i can get some soon if you're really interested lol. they'll be semi-crappy iphone pics (though i do my best to get good lighting so they come out better)

Who is tuning these S/C'd 3.0L motors? You're not going to make power with the PES tune (read: 'lean').

No one has really posted wideband readings on the new PES tune so hard to say. I should have some catless dps from Steve in a few weeks so I can run my wideband at that point. I have a slightly older version and I'm curious how it compares with the current tune. AFAIK the only blown motors (stock pulley) came from the new software.

ASP and EPL can also tune your car and are in the NJ/CT tri-state area.

I may will stop by and talk to them. On my way home from MD, retune the car is not a good idea. the car needs 4000 miles of breaking in

Where do you guys get 4000miles from? Rings are broken in within the first 30-50miles. 4000miles before you can switch to synthetic oil?

just to make sure the engine and the supercharger is working in harmony. as more miles are being put on the car, everything will run better. dino oil will run only 300 miles after the first time the engine is started; then i switch to synthetic.
I am to do everything slowly and do everything right. no need to rush.

Then keep the boost low and keep an eagle eye on your logs. Change the oil & filter in the first 30miles. Just do accel/decels in the first 30miles to break the rings in. Let the engine brake on its own for the decels.
