Question Sirius satellite radio + HU Questions

I have a (B6) 2005 A4, It has the stock 6 disc changer HU in it, and also has the roof antenna. If I wanned to get sirius satellite radio what would I need, I'm guessing just the satellite radio receiver? Also down the road I'm looking to upgrade to the RNS-E would the receiver(or whatever I need for the stock HU) convert over, or would I need to get something else to make it work?

    TIA

You just need the Sirius module. The Audi module may work with the RNS-E.

..."may work"... Can any one confirm that it will work?

Also is the antenna pre-wired or will I need to wire it.
