Do not buy wheels from these guys. I found them on Ebay user name moore9911.
I bought 18" RS4 reps wheel package and when they arrived one of the tires was used and the other was new but did not hold air for more than 4 hours.
Used tire had at least 20k+ on it. After further investigation at my local tire shop on the new tire that didn't hold air had a hole in the sidewall. At the tire shop they showed me where the hole was and funny enough there was yellow chalk in that location. I asked the tire guy if he put that chalk on there and he said they only have white chalk. So this hole was already identified at OE wheel but still ended up being sent to me.
There customer service was absolutely horrible. They never once apologized for the mistake. So they said I could go to my local tire shop (should have done this in the first place) and bought 2 replacement tires for $280 and OE Wheel would only reimburse me $250. So in the end they made it 1/2 right. Every time they said they were going to call me back they never did. I always had to follow up with them.
I cannot leave negative feedback on ebay because I bought then over the phone because I am in Canada.
Sometimes an small apology goes along way.
Please beware of this seller.
