I'm having all the luck this week

so i went to get an alignment done this morning and they said they can't because the outer tie rod end has a rubber isolator in it that allows 4 degrees of slack before it moves the knuckle.

they said it must be changing my alignment as i drive down the freeway due to the tire wear. I noticed that too, and it kind of explains my car becoming more stable on the freeway at higher speeds rather than at the speed limit.

just one more thing to do twice, i'm going to warranty return this shitty tie rod end and find a solid one. these parts from Napa are all turning out to be pretty craptastic (and over priced too)

parts from napa are not acceptable for a car like this

OEM S4 parts only, as some of them are specific to the S4 (like the solid tie rod ends). Its not cheap to do it this way, but the parts are quality and do what they're supposed to.
