Don Rosen in Conshohoken. Never been there, but I've heard they're good.

Winner Audi in Wilmington, DE 20 minutes down the road. Highest CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score in the entire region for service. 'Nuff said.

Although Don Rosen would be closer to your home and YBH closer to your work, I second Winner in Wilmington. You won't be sorry. It's worth the further drive. Ask for Tommy for Service or Scott for Sales.

I never had a good experience w/ willow grove Audi or Infiniti. I have been to both in the past 3 months. Not friendly, and wouldn't be surprised if they file chapter 11 soon!

Certainly seems that way by the way they present themselves. I would recommend against them.

Dapper D how was your experience?

on Willow Grove. Went there to order a b7s4 rear valence for the britalman exhaust i never got, but when I asked the parts guy he told me that it didn't exist. I quote, "Audi, rarely if ever, makes cars with quad tip exhausts".

I just left after that, gesturing to the B7 S4 with quad tips sitting the the showroom.

I'm really surprised to hear this. I used to go to Huntington Valley when I was under warranty and I went to Willow Grove once. I had nothing but great service. I guess things changed in the new facility.

Re: Philly Dealership Sevice Dept. Recommendations

All, would like to know if anyone would advise to stay away from Willow Grove for sales?

Here is what they are offering me over the internet for a 2009 A4:
    2009 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro
    Prestige package
w/wood, all weather floor mats, and wheel lock kit.
    MSRP: $42,405

Asking: $37,500 before tax and tags

Altogether, thats about $5500 under MSRP and about $2400 under invoice (as quoted by edmunds.com).

Would I be a fool to pass it up at any dealership?

NOTE: I live 3 hours away, so I never intend to service the vehicle here.

I dunno about the service dept but if it is as screwed up as the sales dept I would not go to Don Rosen Wynnewood I have had nothing but problems since I bought my car from them a few weeks ago, Thank god for my local dealership.

I have nothing but good things to say about either Don Rosen stealership. They are mod friendly and have always been helpful to me.

We worked everything out there. The main problem stemmed from this 3rd party warranty company they used. In the end they finally did the work themselves. Took awhile but they owned up to their mistake

Yepp, my buddy had a pre-owned B7 blow up on him which he purchased from there, turned out to be that it was in an accident- front end collision jarring the motor so bad that it ended up cracking the intake manifold, 30K later the engine fails. The carfax was never offered by the dealer. After speaking with an owner from another semi local dealership, he said that it stood out like a sore thumb that it was not offered with cert. pre-owned with 35k on the ticker... Audi incentives the dealers to certify these cars.

    The car was completely stock.

The management gave him a bill to look at it and wiped their hands clean claiming there was no blood on their hands. It was not handled properly in my honest opinion, to the point that I went out of my way to find this thread to comment.

DO NOT GO TO DON ROSEN!

I can personally attest to Autohaus Lancaster, have been with them for 5 cars, 3 of which were Audi's.

i had a complete opposite experience. bought my car from don rosen conshohocken in the "warehouse" (the used cars that they cannot offer as certified). they offered me a carfax. saw it on a sunday, it was a great deal and i took it home that day as-is. 35k miles later no major problems.

i live closer to Cherry Hill Audi and Autospeed Performance so i take it there for work, not Don Rosen.
