A little self promo for an Audi driver & cool real estate co. in PHX

What's up AZ & PHX AZ?! I am somewhat new to the Audi family but a longtime enthusiast having built several acura's, my 300ZX TT, a few mini-trucks, a classic C-10, and a 996TT before buying my most recent B6 & B7.

I just wanted to plug my company in case any of you are in the real estate game. I founded my company www.nichefindyours.com 5 years ago and we have grown to be a force for modern & contemporary real estate in the metro area.

We love cars, kick-ass architecture, cool people and we aren't 60 years old with cheesy "Johnny the Realtor" door magnets on our cars. Life is too short to live in the same stucco & red-tile roof house as the next guy.

So, if you're looking for an agent for a rental, purchase, sale, or just want some advice in this ever changing real estate market regardless of your price range, give me a ring. We want to help you find a cool place to live!

Yeah! Small world indeed. I post under "TheDanleys" on MoPho. Not very many car enthusiasts over there. Cars are my other passion that I seldom have time for but easily my first love. Who do you post under over there? You an audi guy too?

So is that Wendell Burnette (sp?) house (it's just north of Northern around 16th st, ya?) in the first pic one of your listings?

Yes it is called the "Dialogue House". It is one of the most impressive designs that I have seen in Phoenix. Very simple but sited so well. I will post a few more of the pool...

This shot is of the path which takes you to the pool. It is detached from the house further down the hill.

I snooped around when it was being built - very impressive indeed. That enclosed pool was a really neat idea! The vegetation has filled in nicely; there were a couple native creosote bushes and that's about it before.

I'm an architect by trade, though not residential, so buildings and cars are my two main interests. :)

Yep, 1993 S4. Screen name on MoPho is carnabystreet. This is our first house (4/08) but it's my 7th Audi- I like the old school ones, this 1993 model is the newest yet. I just think it's funny how small a world the 5th biggest city in the US really is...
