    Audi RS4 50 State Legal including CA?

    Does anyone know if RS4's are all the same across 50 states? Or is there a special model for CA?

    that's a good question. My service tech once told me that the cars are tuned for what region that they will be sold in. A california car will not be exactly the same as say a Colorado car. don't quote me on this though as it's just hearsay.

    ^ That being said, all Audi's cars are 50 state emissions I believe. There's no specific "CA" car, even if they are tuned slightly different for elevation, etc.

    I would imagine if they are tuned for a different region I would think the means South America, North America, Canada etc...
    Is there a manufacturer that sells vehicles in the US that doesn't have all 50 states approval?
