No power to driverside tailight ? any idea ?

So a while back someone broke my passenger side taillight and left a big hole on it, I replaced with a new taillight the other week, but I still had a taillight out ..the dealer checked it and said there is no power to the taillight

the panel where you but all the bulbs is all black or burned-out, so im thinking when the taillight had the hole, water must of gone inside and fried the panel ?

or maybe Its a fuse ?

    Any suggestions ?? Thanks

doublechekc for power urself. i had a problem with the bulb socket. Th metal tabs at the bottom simply bent too far in and stopped contacting the bulb. I just used a small pick and bent the tabs back to original position and had 0 problems ever since. worth a shot.
