do u have to peel every letter off seperately and then put it on ur window?

No, they have a front and a back. You peel the backing off, then line it up and apply it to the outside of your window (or wherever you want to apply it). Once in place you press and rub the front firmly, then peel off the front, which leaves behind just the decal.

All of our decals are like this, even our full color versions. All of the decals purchased through the Audizine Store come and go through me, so I'm not sure what the issue could have been. You would need to post photos or elaborate more.
