Sickest Color on the R8?

So it now seems that my odds of getting my R8 order built are now slightly better than a snowflake's chance in hell.

So now that there is an actual chance that I may get one, here is my dilemma:

I want a color that instantly pops, is memorable, and destinctive enough that everyone will remember it, and also never see it on another R8. All colors are in play (not just audi), because the factory will pain the car any color as long as you supply the paint code.


What should I get?

if you look at the classic sports cars of all time, they tend to be a GT silver, ferrari red, lambo yellow, etc. If you want exotic, the sky is the limit, the violettachromaflair from porsche on the millenium edition 911 was interesting to say the least, but not sure if it fits the bill on an R8. darker colors will hide the lines, red and yellow have the most "pop"

If you want to be different...pink. Everyone will remember the pink R8. For a little bit more "normal" papaya orange. Kinda this color:

Get the gumby gt3 porsche color with cf, or matte black with cf.

Personally I would go with white, but I get a feeling that you want to be noticed and flashy, so the matte gold or black or pretty much any candy color.

I def agree on the dark red but not flat.
Like a deep burgundy metallic red with black trim.
Or like a deep red wine color
Like this but a little more deep blood

KY- do you mean the red car with carbon side blades and black rims? if you did I saw one the other day and ive gotta say it looks amazing. I wish I took a pic because I think its one of my favorite color combos on the r8. if your thinking of doing it do it! trust me!
