    Unhappy I have this error from time to time...

    So I used to get this alot back in April-June, about once maybe twice a month. It hasn't popped up since, and today when I was driving back from work it went "BEEEEPPP" and this yellow illustration light up. I tried my best to replicate it, hopefully you guys know what im talking about..



    -- For FYI, the error light up after I made a right hand turn and accelerated (not rough accl. just a normal cruising kind of accleration) --

    got it...same situation...its a dipped headlight indicator...audi replaced my rear view mirror...they said it was something in it...hasnt come back since

    If you have a Vag you can a see what part of the system has an issue by pulling the codes. Currently have the light on due to a bad front sensor.

    But see the thing shows up for like a sec or two, and then dissapears! No CEL or anything like that.. Once the annoying BEEEEPPP stops it goes away and my radio RDS info pops right back up.... Can i still pull the code via vag?

    -- ALSO my headlights weren't on... Only the foggs were b/c I vagged it to Canada mode ... Ever since I did that, the error hasn't come back... till today!! Plus also everytime that error BEEEPED the headlights were never on..

    that's the headlight auto leveling adjustment error... the motors for your headlight adjusters are probably going bad or there is a short in the system. mine had come on once or twice in the past year and a half but there were no codes stored when i scanned with vag-com. It's probably not a big deal unless it stays on.
