Re: Pic of my ibis with fog mesh mod

Your exposure is set on the hood, the mod is way underexposed, can't see it very well. If you can't bump it up manually you'll have to get in closer and center the black mesh in the camera so it doesn't set the exposure for the white paint.

I bet it looks great though.

Could you do some more front-on pics or pics from different angles? I have been toying with doing this for the past several weeks as the mod bug is biting me hard right now.. Sure would look great with a new FMIC's piping peeking out from behind there!

    Looks perfect!

That's exactly how I want the front of my car to look (w/ maybe white reflectors instead of clear). Call me crazy but I've never been a fan of the CC mod.

They need to just make RS4 replica fog grilles that actually fit our A4's. That would be ideal for me. I really like this mod, good job!

Re: Pic of my ibis with fog mesh mod

ive been looking to so something similar except take out the fog light and put that stuff in the foglight hole. It would allow a more direct airflow path to the IC's only problem ive run into is trying to get rid of the bulb out warning.

Ok well they don't sell just the inserts, everyone just buys the actual rs4 for grills and cuts and glues them in behind their current fog grills!

Just go to your local Audi shop, much cheaper then Ecs when you live in Norway.

Re: Pic of my ibis with fog mesh mod

I did this last month to match my RS4 grille. Only took about thirty minutes and then overnight to dry the glue. Looks good, have been through lots of rain and lots of car washes and still looks great. No problems. Worth doing if you have the RS4 grille.
