ok so a friend of mine has a b5 s4.. stock, always talkin about how fast it supposidly is, and is always wanting to race me.. what would it take with my 3.0 to beat him in a stop light race? and no supercharger... don't have that kind of money lol

Sorry to add to the news. It aint gonna happen. SC is too much risk for the money. I was close to buying a SC until I talked with 3.0_King. Look on here for all the horror stories. The 3.0 is a good motor, but the PES kit is your only option outside of custom work. The kit pushes the limit of the motor so close that to build it up to handle the SC would be a waste of $$. S4 will win every time. Chip and exhaust will give a lil umph though.

Sorry I dont believe you one bit. A bone stock B5 S4 can run high 13s low 14s at right around 100mph. A B6 A4 k04 equiped on race gas wont even come close to that must less a big injector A4 which runs in the 15s and in the high 80s

Hell a basic bolt on 3+ still traps 113 which im not sure if Shawn could handle.

1/4 mile obviously not, on the highway different story. Ran with a few friends cars on 23psi that run consistant 12.6-12.70's and was able to pull on them a little more than a car length 60-140

12.6 or 12.7 is only like 108-110mph trap cars. A stage 2 B5 S4 (chip, exhaust, downpipes) can run those times. Here look at s4biturbo's timeslip database they arent even doing 110 at those times click So say they are doing 108-109 it would make sense you going 1 car on them if you were trapping say 110-111mph

99' M-Coupe w/ 75 shot runs 12.62 @ 111. Anyways, it doesnt matter, 12's, 108-112 is still a decently fast car, especially on pump gas. And thats also on 23psi in my car which feels nothing like 27 now with the new file. 23 to 27psi is easily 15-20whp gain

Edit found one on dragtimes that was 12.4 @114 think they are more like 116 usually though. Another one ran 12.2 @ 117 with race gas pump gas mix. I think I can handle that with good gas and some timing.

and this is still PES software? I'm pretty sure you have a wideband, what does your A/F look like over the range and at WOT?

Currently boosting 10-12psi on a 2.8 pulley breaking in the bottom end, in about 8 more days i will be dropping the pulley to most likely a 2.4 and setting up the water/meth.
