    Re: fog lights

The ECS bulbs look much richer in color than the piaa IMO, but I wouldn't say they are necessarily "more" yellow than the piaa. Any pics of the piaa's on a darker evening like the other pics?

why not get yellow lamin-x? You'll never have to worry about reduced lifespans of aftermarket yellow bulbs AND regular replacement bulbs are cheaper.

    eBay is your friend.

Here's a search for yellow h11 piaa bulbs (our cars do use the h11 bulb for the fogs?)

if you have a non sline bumper you have to take of the bumper but if you have a sline you just pop out the side grills

    Fogs are H11 bulbs.

I have ECSTuning's Ziza bulbs. Just as yellow as I wanted them to be (visibility is WAY better) and I've had zero problems with them.

    Re: fog lights

When you pop out the fog grills, on the Sline, you can pull together the top tabs like an accordion on the open grill section, that should help you release the 2 major tabs holding it in place. Super easy. I just pretty much yanked it out the first time and it's pretty pliable to that abuse.

    Re: fog lights

BTW... i recommend the xenonmatch... although I would rather not see EVERY single person with the xenmatch and some super yellows to be diverse would be nice... but i think Xenonmatch > Yellow Bulbs. My $0.02!

I have the "coming home" feature, and all I did for the picture was lock and unlock my car while it was off to get the fogs and tailights only to light up. I don't think there is a vagcom option to run only fogs, as cool as that would be

Awesome. Searched the forum and recoded via VAG. This is one of the main reasons I got e-codes on my B6. This saved a few hundred dollars for my B7! Now it's time to get those corners cleared...
