Thinking about getting a CPO B7 A4 cab, what does the extended warranty cover?

As stated in the title, I am considering a CPO $4 cabriolet, 2007 or 2008 model. I looked at a couple, and the salesman stated that the CPO warranty was exactly the same as the standard bumper-to-bumper warranty with the exception of a $50 deductible. But, he did not have any documentation to give me to read (this is given to the purchaser).

Is this information accurate? In particular, if the convertible top covered for 6-years 100K?

In a related question, for cab owners on this forum: How well has the top held up to the elements? If I get this car, it will be parked outside mostly so this is whay I am asking about the CPO part but I would also like to hear any comments about overall durability.

I've had mine for not quite a year now. The top is still doing great. I put it up/down about once or twice a day. It hasn't rained in quite awhile, but last November or whenever it is that it rains around here I was parked out in the rain several times and never got any water inside.

Oh, and get the smartTOP controller (or equivalent). It lets you operate the top with the remote, and while driving up to 25 MPH with one touch on the console button. :)
