Cosmetics - trim, dark vs silver

So, does anyone have a black grill frame but stock silver mirrors and window trim? I'm concerned it would look silly to not go black all the way around and am not sure yet what would be done about the mirror covers other than getting the rs4 titanium versions which might match the Dolphin Grey better.

The silver trim all around is nice on the grey though. If the car were white or red or blue or basically any color other than grey, I'd not even hesitate to do a full trim replacement to black/titanium.

I think any extra $ ought to go into performance first anyway....I'm liking the idea of the Stasis "Challenge Edition" mod kit but their ecu upgrade looks weaker than Powerchip. - and the wheels offered are boring.

I just did this the other day. I don't think it looks ridiculous. Plus, I don't have the money to waste on replacing the window trim black, but i'd do it in a second if I did. Mirrors must always be chrome though. Thats the S calling card. getting rid of the chrome mirrors is like debadging.

That sprint blue looks sweet with the glossy black front grille. I wouldn't recommend going black all around ie trim because it'll look too ghetto and dark. If you were to do the mirror housings glossy black like the grille...mmmm, totally sweet.
Another thing, clear corner mod, painting the reflectors body colour, and lowering is required IMO :P

We already removed the "v8"s and the "s4"s ;)

.... I like the idea of black mirrors and parts all around. Ours is Dolphin Grey so the look might be weird though.

For now, I think I'll spend the extra $ on performance instead or at least wait until the grill gets messed up someday.

Whether you choose chrome or black all the trim should match. Chrome looks classier, black looks sportier. Choose your style, but be consistant.

I know man. I'm dying to do all three of those things. The reflectors could be easy. Just have to get some primer, paint and clear coat and find a way to pop the reflectors out without drilling them. The CC I have no idea how to approach. I'm not too keen on baking the lights. And the lowering might have to wait until I have the money unfortunately... next on the list is the painted black valence like MOFSTEEL right above ^^^
