    has anybody tried dr. colorchip?

i'm fairly certain it's gotta be terrible... like one of those ridiculous tornado air filter commercials, but someone recommended it to me for touching up 3 years of paint chips. the pictures look effective, but i'm pretty sure any product can make a few convincing pics for a website.

what do you guys think? anybody have any other suggestions for improving the usual wear and tear chips on the hood/front bumper without going for a total repaint?

After reading the review, it actually sounds pretty promising. I haven't found anything that helps with the scratches on my car. I might order this.

I'm ordering it now for my Moro blue A4 that seems to inherit a new scratch everyday

Let me know how it works. I've been using the 3M Scratch Remover to buff out scratches. But that only works on the minor ones and not the deeper ones.

maybe try calling? sounds like they could probably mix some up. $59 is a good price, i worry that there is no turning back after trying it. i'd have to test on some place less noticeable than the hood.

    Re: anybody tried dr. colorchip?

hi guys audi driver from ireland, first post so go easy on me!

bought this kit for my lava Grey a4 and must say its as good a touch up as you will find, diy type anyway.if anyone's a member on detailing world.co.uk there's loads of posts and pic's about this and most are by,or were skeptical buyers before hand.they can do any color, just need your paint code.

will say i don't think its really aimed at scratches but did a super job on the few stone chips i had.
