Re: Anyone make a Radical Cam for the 2.0T

Your kidding right.... WHY the hell would you want to do that!! To each there own but to me that sounds just horrible! And to anyone that doesn't know what your doing it sounds like you drive a complete junker. The only thing that you will accomplish i to make your great looking Audi sound like shit.

I think your just running outta things to spend your money on.

ive heard it in person sounds crazy nice. not doing it all for sound though, there could be potential for 25+HP with the BT Kit.

IMO With my Mods, Cam, Pulley, S3 Turbo Kit, Levelten Tip Tranny the car would put down 350WHP+

It sounded pretty beastly at first, but I just closed the window after a while because the sound was really bothering me.

I'm not sure what our cams are stock... but 246/252 is far from big.

That Evo is probably running 282's or even 288's... and I guarantee it has higher compression.

Re: Anyone make a Radical Cam for the 2.0T

You also realize that you will need software to adapt to the cam being modfiied in order to utalize those gains correct?

As far as I know there aren't too many company's that make tunable chips for the 2.0t unless maybe you deal with c2 motorsports, or REvo maybe, but even then I'm not 100 percent sure. You would also need to essentially run the custom programming to account for the bigger turbo and new boost levels etc. This would take dyno testing most probably, or most definatley

IMO work on the turbo kit first, and then work on the cam. Your doing things backwards otherwise

Evo's are a different story because there are so many stand alone programs to run into them, the formula and tuning is much simplier, so simply bolting in a cam, and then a new turbo, and starting it, doing a few runs and adjusting the fuel and your set.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about HID, and he has Nos + Meth injection.

Re: Anyone make a Radical Cam for the 2.0T

Ih8OEM, you are whoring my car too much chill.

One thing is cheating ( like I do ), and another thing is making that power all the time every day.

I make it for 5 - 6 good runs and that is about it.
