Please explain this to me as I don't understand. I see this kind of comment all over various auto enthusiast forums. Going from a hot car to a more sedate A4 in this case.
Anyone can get speeding tickets in any car, even a stock Hyundai Elantra. Why does it matter what kind of car you have if you're a lead foot? If I can drive an S55 (AMG, 0-60 in 4secs, 12sec 1/4mi) and not get any speeding tickets, one shouldn't blame the car.
BTW, the 2.0T kicks the S55 in the nuggets when it comes to practicality too: 14mpg vs. 33+mpg and better handling to boot. Heck, even an SUV I own beats the S55 in practicality.
