2000 Audi S4


Ok i just had my car scan with a scan tool and came up with these code.
the car was shaking b/c of a misfire and they told me to replace the ignition control module and i did. it did stop with the shaking but came back. there is a lost of power in the car. when driving the car rpm will shoot and it wount go any faster and im thinking my torque is going bad. and it will hard shift for 2nd to 3rd. and 3rd to 4th.

I had to read it a few times, but i dont know much about s4 tips, so you'll have to wait for somebody with more experience. but other wise,

The cylinder misfiring could be a few things. you said you replaced one of the ICM. Which one? and wat cylinders are misfiring? either you have to check the coil packs, and spark plugs, or the other ICM is starting to become faulty. Start with one and work on eliminating one thing at a time, so you can find your problem.

An 02 sensor can cause the car to act sluggish and go into limp mode at higher RPM. I had one that was faulty, but no completely dead. I didnt have a problem, but i replaced it b/c it did set off the CEL every now and then.

P0741 was the code I got when my torque converter was shot. I put a new torque converter in and the code went.

2nd that. it's expensive and sucks, but i have a core if you want to buy it.

For the others... maybe the MAF & passenger side o2 sensor.

i figure that my torque converter is going bad cuz the way is shift.

i changed the spark plug but no luck it still shake. and im thing that i have to replace the o2 and maf.

i would just sit there at idle and it will shake like a mother.
