COLORADO, end of summer GTG

Lets do a GTG for the end of summer. I can say right now this weekend or next I already have shit goin on, so how about like the 27th or around there? Not sure where we should go so lets hear some suggestions. My only suggestion is somewhere with 2 lanes in each direction so we can get a bunch of rolling shots, I have none of my car but a ton of everyone elses lol.

We've got a few already from AudiForums that want to go and we have a tentative meeting place but we're still open for any suggestions.

I end up in denver on the weekends alot so i could probably swing that and probably get my buddy with a B6 s4 to come too. What time is everyone thinking? My vote is mid afternoon (3pm-ish)?

If we do the 27th, I may be able to make it or not. Cause I'm sure I have practice that day. But I'm not sure on a time yet. But if I can make it I will definitely show up.

As for a meeting spot, I don't really no off any good ones. Unless we did a parking lot, or parking garage. Personally I miss the old meets at Dave & Busters on top of the parking garage. Especially since it was right next to the highway and we always had good turn outs. Not to mention tons of places to eat right around there.

We had like 4 cars once and got hassled by the guard @ D&Bs, but if thats where you guys want to meet up thats cool with me. Mat if you're close by there talk to the management and see if they're cool with it. Maybe if we eat lunch there we won't get any shit.

Ya we trying to keep it all audi. They have their own weekly gtgs so they'd do that I'm sure. We've got thread on AF as well, between the 2 we'd should have plenty of exposure. If D&BS doesn't work I'll post a map to where we've met before and we can decide where we want to go from there. Although, I don't really think the same drive would be fun, we encounter too many Lance Armstrongs in that canyon. So if you've got some ideas post up.

*Off topic: one Metrodubs gtg you guys should look into is Oct'dubberfest. They'll have a raffle with lots of cool shit we'd all want to win. Prizes are donations and all proceeds to go to breast cancer research. Pretty sure its on the 11th.

Hey mike, have you considered the South High School Parking lot next to Wash Park? Its FREAKIN Huge, cant get kicked off and it has a off ramp and on ramp to and from I-25 like 2 blocks away and Wash Park has a lot of benches and outdoor grills next to the pond/lake if your considering a BBQ

No I didnt really think of that, but that lot is huge. That would be cool with me. Its pretty central for pretty much everyone, if its not move out of Aurora lol. Its pretty short notice now maybe push it until next week? If not Sunday is ok as long as its after the game, I prefer Saturday tho.

Take Wadsworth and turn West on 87th 2 blocks up there is a park with a parking lot on the Left.
