Thats funny, right most of us that dont have running cars found it really really hard to do the k04 setup so where still banging are heads against the wall trying to figure out how to mount the turbos, it had nothing to do with starting from scratch and building/designing parts,motors, checking fitment,waiting for product and thinking outside the box etc Last I checked the loudest guys seem to be giving guys the most help and info and not hiding there setups and playing b.s games

Ok well let me ask you this, if you had an AWE car, what would you do to make it faster?

I'm thinking dumps and meth.. although I'm scared of the dumps because my friend said I'm shooting 1foot flames out of my exhaust. Maybe dumps with some turndowns so the flames don't ignite anything.

Ok HP aside, I'm more interested in ET's.. I'd like to be in the mid to low 11's and I need to know what it's gonna take to get there.

If I were you. I'd tweak my AWE file with lemmi. It is going to take some seat time, as you will have to do some pulls, scope the logs, tweak and repeat. But you already have a great tune that can be tweaked very easily.

I would just get the dumps. Get an AWE race file, and do some adjustments.

Ok I'm going to get some dumps, and meth and then hopefully find someone in my area who's good with lemmi tweaks.

I ran the race file this past weekend with 116 octane, it pulled hard. I beat my friends 385whp STI which is obviously lighter.

Hopefully with a good tweak, dumps/meth and some lightweight wheels (mine are 25lbs ea!) I can cut some mid 11 second ETs...

im not going to put myself in a bind again.. imma drive the S through the winter instead of pulling it apart.. and *hopefully* buy his motor to mock up on.. i now have a full fab shop availiable to me and my welder is hooked up at the same shop which also has a good 25 lifts and a ton of room and a bunch of helpful employees(friends of mine) . i should have no problems this winter.

yeah i realize it will take time. i guess im looking for it to be a winter project. the 3.3 is just an idea as i'll be fine with the 2.8 vr. im buying a 540i and gonna supercharge it for the time being lol
