Nothing? I thought for sure someone here would have had heard of something like this.

I can't find anything in the manual. I called the service dept. at the end of work today and the person I talked with said he's never heard of anyone coming in with something like this.

I'll have to take it in on Friday to see if they can find the problem. My guess is they're going to go on a zebra hunt.

Thanks you. It's weird. No radio, Nav, phone....nothing. Power button doesn't do anything. It appears to have died.

Luckily it is still under warranty.

Check out navplus.us Those guys will reply quickly with a solution I'm sure. You could reset it from the console. I think you have to hold down setup and one other button I believe. Did the unit come with the car? Somehow you may have corrupted the EEPROM on it with an update that was shutdown through or something. When you inserted the nav disc the last time did it start updating and you stopped or shut the power off during the update? I would say the easiest solution besides resetting the unit is getting a new nav disc (even if its borrowed) or downloading the latest update, burn it to disc, and insert it so the unit can update and that may fix the problem also. Unfortunately I don't know where to get the newest update. You can go here and get the 0200 firmware and burn to disc and try that to see if it clears up. But you may have to get the newest update (0260 I believe) in order for anything to work. But its worth a try.

Wow. Thanks for the info. The unit came with the car and it's the original disc. I haven't had any updates pop up and it was never shut down during an update. I'll check out navplus.us as well. Thanks.
