x2, 31k means your getting ripped off. That car should be 28k max. Unless your getting one hell of a trade it I wouldn't do it for that car.

ya it already has alot of miles, but it seems the true s-line and ti package cars are pulling a premium regardless

Holy hell thats overpriced. I agree with ~$28k. 31.5 on the odometer? Way too much $$.

I paid 25k for 30k miles in July of '07 for my car. You are getting the s-line package and the TI package but I still don't think its worth 31k at all

Where are you guys finding these cars for cheaper than this? I looked for a very long time to find mine which was a slightly better deal, but I got lucky. Everthing s-line/Titanium that I've ever seen on the east coast was over $30k...Especially from a dealer.

Down here outside DC there are a few 2.0T and 3.2 S-Line (some Ti) manuals at independent used car dealers for ~$27k. Which is asking price, you could likely talk them down a few grand.

    3.2 suck,

i paid for my ti/s-line 30k with 23k on the odo. Brought the price down from 33k. Yes expensive but well worth it imo

30k for an 07 with 31k on it is too much? I mean brand new they go for like 43 fully loaded.

I just picked up a brand new 08 with the S-line for about $30k back in June. My car had 5 miles on it...

I got my used '08 B7 A4 Avant 2.0T MT S-line with BT and iPod last week for $29k... and this is a rare configuration especially with only 4700 miles on it!

Re: TI b7 for my stock b7

that was the asking price for mine that i just bought a week or so ago. same specs except no heated seats, ibis and only 25k miles. i got lucky cuz the salesman messed up bad. he was selling me the one i wanted for 31K even pics he sent me was the one listed for 31K, but negotiating on price with his sales manager for another 07 ibis they had on the lot same specs, sline tit and everything else except it's fwd and cvt that was only asking for 27,500. i got the price down to 26,000, started the paperwork and i couldn't believe the price. once we disccovered the discrepency in vin numbers.. i guess the sales manager was somewhat embarrased and also wanted to make a sale after all the work so he said he'd give me the 6spd quattro at the same price but without cpo, or 27,300 with cpo. after my 500 loyalty bonus, i ended up getting it for 26,800+++ cpo'd with a free matte plate delete and detail i can use later. also found it had apr chip after the fact.

a good deal really depends on what you're looking for and what's available. with the economy the way it is...i really didn't want to spend too much this time around as i did on my last b6 usp. i passed on a 05.5 black fwd 6speed 25k miles no sline no tit, but with all other premium options at 21,500 cuz i didn't think it was worth it especially after i started a thread about it and saw what others here were paying. to someone that didn't care about quattro, that probably would've been a great deal but for me to have no quattro, i need to pay less and if they took my final offer for 21,000 otd, i would've been driving it. also for me color is a big thing as well. i wanted ibis... and black as my second option, nothing else. a buddy of mine just picked up over the weekend an 06 15k miles quattro 6speed, base otherwise for 20,500+++. great deal, but it was silver and i wouldn't have done it. i've also seen 07 avant slines with low miles but auto asking for 27K... i don't like b7 avants or auto's but to someone that does.. that would've been a steal if you can knock down a couple grand from it.

here in florida.. it's hard to get more than 1,500 off asking price on a 6speeds cuz they're so rare so you have to look at all that's available in your area as well.

I've been looking for a used one and prices seem right around where the OP has posted. Are cars moving at these prices? I don't know, but dealers/sellers are definitely asking at these prices..

you can't just "trade" unless the car is paid off. You'll have to sell your car, pay your loan back and then you can take whatever you have left and put that towards the other car. So if you're car isn't paid off...you're going to lose your down payment and could end up upside down.
