DTH, Greg/Mike where is my refund!!!

Anyone else not gotten their refund or product from DTH??? My understanding is all disputes have been resolved. Is this right? I have been waiting for my refund since November of last year!!!!

It's been a year this September for me, still no refund or roof spoiler. I've pretty much taken this transaction as a loss and will know not to do business with Greg or DTH in the future. Worst experience ever!

Greg/Mike, looks like we still have at least two unresolved cases here. Both 'traphi' and 'ArcticV8' deserve a resolution.

Edit: Make that three. Looks like 'orangelmo' still requires your attention as well. I thought we were much closer to getting everyone taken care of. This is very disheartening.

Anthony, I've communicated with Mike many times through pm, and he hasn't been able to help me get that refund from Greg. I've called Greg numerous times only to hear excuse after excuse, it's a joke really.

Have other customers of DTH gotten their refund back from previous transactions?? Funny that I haven't, I guess its because I haven't bitched enough..

To my knowledge, yes, a few have. Greg and Mike both know that DTH will not be allowed back as an official and authorized advertiser until every last AZ customer of theirs has been taken care of. I was really hoping we could get all of your guys' issues resolved, and I do apologize that we haven't have gotten this done by now.

I also still haven't received my refund. Anthony, you were copied on the email stating we would be getting refunds. It's dated 7/30/08 and is titled "Pillar Group Buy." I'm not mad, I just want the refund at this point. My other transactions with Greg have been fine.

Awesome, that's so great to hear. I actually got word from another AZ'er today, someone whom I forgot to add to this list. He just got his issue resolved as well.
