Rear Wiper on Avant Not Working

I need help with this. I pulled the relay and nothing looks burned inside. where can I get a new one? It's a double relay made by Siemens. Part number 4BO 955 531 E. It's brown and has the number 603 on it. I think this is the problem. The front wipers work as they should in all modes. I can get the rear washer to work but the wiper is dead. Anyone have experience?

I took apart the motor and did the maintenance as stated in the DIY's. I also replaced the relay. It still doesn't work. What next, the wiper stalk/switch?
