Rear Windows Can they go all the way down?

    Hi,
I am looking to see if anyone knows if the rear windows on a 04 A6, could be modified to roll all the way down. Want to have all 4 windows roll completely down. If anyone else has thought about this as well, and has any information, that would be appreciated. Would it be as simple as modifying the window frame to allow the windows to be flush, like the front windows.
I don't want to take apart my door without as much info as possible.
    Thanks
    Tom

They could roll down all the way if you just lengthen the wheel base and change the shape of the door. As it is the cut of the door around the wheel well precludes the glass retracting completely. Oh. I guess you could chop the top too. Directions follow the jump. Thanks for the O so helpful input. Starting that tomorrow
Might as well make it a 2 door then, won't even need the windows!

Its just making the windows go an inch and a half down more.
It can't be that much fab work.
Once again thanks so fking much
