headlight on chime

I like the fact that I don't have the seat belt warning. The chime was not activated when I bought the car. Is the headlight on warning related to the seat belt chime? Since I don't have the DRL on, I would like to get the warning on for when I turn on the parking lights while driving and I forget to switch the lights off during the day. I didn't get caught yet with the lights on overnight, but I feel that day is coming soon.

my chime just passed away... and i couldnt figure out a way to bring it back.

It can be done. There should be a VAG setting of sorts as I have disabled the seat belt chime on my car, but still getting a tone if I turn off the car and leave the parking lights on.
