    invoice question

I wanted your guy's opinion on whether I should call the dealer about this. I was looking at my paperwork for my car and it says that my car came with the Bose stereo system and that it was included in the price, however it doesn't. Should I mention it to the dealer when I go back up there? Is it a big deal? Is it not worth mentioning at all? It kind of bothers me, but will they even care?

    Re: invoice question

i personally would say something. If you paid for it and didnt get it, wouldnt you be mad. The bose is a really nice upgrade from the stock symphony. if you have something in writing i would say they have to hold their end of the bargain up. I would be pissed if my car said it had florr mats and i didnt get any so the stereo which if i remember right is a 1000 option i would def call them out on it

Definitely go in and talk with someone, especially if you just purchased your car. If you paid for it and didn't get it..thats BS, regardless of how much you paid. When I bought mine, I remember arguing over $500 price differences between dealers.

    Re: invoice question

Thanks for the input guys...the funny thing is I bought it August 2005 and am still paying on it obviously. The only reason I was going through the paperwork was because I was trying to find out info about my warranty. I have updated plenty of threads with the fact that the service dept at my dealership has given me the runaround about my headlight flickering problem. I wanted to make sure it was in writing that my warranty was for 50,000 miles so when I replace the bulbs (this week), if they still flicker, they will have to investigate whether the ballasts are bad. So, because I have had the car for three years, it's funny b/c I wouldn't have been going through the paperwork if they wouldn't have screwed me around with my headlights for so long. For the record, I am not expecting anything necessarily in return, but I want to let them know that it shouldn't have happened. But also, I think they should at least take care of the lights considering I am a pretty easy going customer. Sorry for the rambling.

I think you're probably screwed on the overcharge, but they'll have to take care of your headlight issue. I had the exact same thing happen to my headlights (as have many many other A4 owners) and they were replaced under warranty (TSB 2013829/3). Good luck
