where to get mounting hardware for warning triangle

I have the warning triangle from a b6, and went in put in my b7 and realized there's nothing to hold it in place. where can i get the mounting brackets and how do i install them?

I'm sure you can get it at the dealer. maybe check ECS tuning. There are 2 ways to go about mounting it. If you pop your trunk you can see where it goes.

1. The first way is to remove the trunk lining, with it removed flip it over and you should be able to see where you need to cut to mount the holder. It is very easy to take off, just pull it out and the clips won't break, they are metal! Use a razor and cut, then put the lining back in and put the holder in place.

2. The second way is to leave the lining where it is and cut into it. I put my hand inside the lining, found the holes where the holder goes and started cutting. then just keep testing with the holder until it snaps into place. Keep cutting till it fits!

k thanks for all that information. can't find the mounting bracket on ecs... how much is it at the dealership? i'm gonna check oem.pl now.

I saw it at one the audi tuning sites in one of the rotating banners here. It came with the triangle and the footer bracket to hold it in place. Can't recall the site off hand however.
