k so i installed the bkr7e with a 0.029 gap...i noticed the car is smoother and has better idle..now i seem to have lost power, especially in the low end..yet my boost gauge now holds at peak boost instead of fluttering like it used to...also when i pulled the factories, i found all were gapped under 0.029, two were around 0.026-0.027...installed by audi...so is this normal?...is my car just adapting to the new plugs and gap?...i should mention its been very humid today, so much that you can see the haze..
the car seems to lag til 3k and then shoots off

the car is adapting to the better combustion... if your missing your power surge, dont. you have to think about the power under the curve...

linear power is better than surging and quickly dropping off. it only gives you the illusion of a hard pull, while linear boost keeps the power up.

as for the plugs from Audi... they never always match... they have a "guideline" gap the plugs i pulled out gapped from .027 - .031

the car is noticeably smoother,...and it seemed to get faster the more i drove it..i guess that low end rapid pickup was the surge everyone talks about and its not suppose to be there...ill let it adapt and see if the low comes back a little

still getting some power blips while under hard acceleration...n75 and where is it located?..tip?...no boost, vacuum leaks shown on boost gauge..car seems to be adapting to the new plugs...any way of doing an ecu reset on this car without a vagcom?
